Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Ganttmatic, a Google Sheets add-on, and of this website. By installing or using Ganttmatic you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Who provides Ganttmatic
Ganttmatic is provided by Mobilestudio (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@ganttmatic.com.
What Ganttmatic does
Ganttmatic shows the roadmap in your Google spreadsheet as a Gantt chart and schedules it for you. It works only on the spreadsheet you have open, and it stores everything in that spreadsheet. There is no Ganttmatic account to create. To use it you need a Google account and edit access to the spreadsheet, and your use of Google Sheets remains subject to Google’s own terms.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into a roadmap belongs to you (or to whoever owns the spreadsheet). We don’t receive it, keep it or claim any rights to it. How Ganttmatic handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Because your plan lives in your spreadsheet, you are responsible for who you share it with. Google Sheets’ version history (File › Version history) can restore earlier versions of your sheet.
Acceptable use
Please use Ganttmatic lawfully and in line with Google’s terms. Don’t use it to break the law or anyone else’s rights, and don’t try to disrupt, misuse or misrepresent the add-on, this website or our support address.
Provided as is
We work to keep Ganttmatic useful and correct, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted or without errors, or that the dates it calculates will suit your plans. Check the schedule before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mobilestudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business or time, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Ganttmatic or this website. Some places don’t allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Stopping, and changes to Ganttmatic
You can stop using Ganttmatic at any time by uninstalling it. Your spreadsheets stay as they are. We may change Ganttmatic, or stop offering it; if we stop, your data is unaffected because it was always in your spreadsheet.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Ganttmatic after that date means you accept the new terms.
